Also remember that they *generally* lead to the teleport at the other end of the green line, but they are sometimes random, and will teleport you to a room close by instead. Most teleports lead to the adjacent room, but not always. The green dots connected by a green line represent two teleports that lead to each other. Helblaze Flamecaster do nothing but cast Felflame Bolt on random targets unless interrupted, which means they'll never enter the AoE clump naturally. Felsteel Interceptor seem to do nothing but melee the tank, but Helblaze Flamecaster can cause some real trouble. Observe Weakness applies two debuffs on that party that increase damage taken and reduce movement speed, but can and should be dispelled.Įvery 15 seconds, the lieutenant will summon a set of Helblaze Flamecaster and Felsteel Interceptor adds. Eye Beam is a 3 second cast that should be kicked, as it's a high damage chain lightning ability. The mechanics of this lieutenant are simple, but can be deadly for uncoordinated groups. Observer Ongrax is the hardest Infernal lieutenant. Every 2 seconds this buff will cause the player to perform a 20 yard AoE, dealing damage and applying a stacking 1% damage taken debuff to any enemies hit that lasts 20 seconds. Killing a Blazing Infernal will cause a zone on the ground that players can stand in to gain the Infernal Heat buff for 8 seconds. While active, these mobs have the Infernal Core dealing AoE damage every second. Whenever an Infernal lieutenant is engaged and every 30 seconds thereafter, a set of 3 Blazing Infernal will join the battle. Both the small adds will leap to their target, so the closer players are, the more time they'll spend in the clump.Your healer can dispel Shadow Bite from the Vicious Dreadstalkers to reduce damage.If you have a Soothe ability, make sure to de-enrage Battle Frenzy from the highest priority target whether that be the lieutenant itself or any dungeon boss.Lastly, the healer should also make sure to dispel Observe Weakness prioritizing the player that's going to take more damage.All other interrupts should go on Helblaze Flamecaster's Felflame Bolt to reduce damage and get them into the AoE clump.Make sure to have two interrupters assigned to kick Eye Beam. Tank the mobs outside of the Acidic Mandible.Make sure to spread out when you get the Shadowy Ambush debuff. Then stand within 20 yards yards to deal AoE damage and stack the damage taken buff on the mobs. ![]() Whenever a Blazing Infernal dies, make sure to catch the projectile to get the Infernal Core buff.When adds are up, feel free to AoE hard to clear them out and relieve some pressure from your tank and healer. All the lieutenants summon multiple adds frequently. ![]()
